What are the chances for you to say ‘um…I will train tomorrow’? High. Okay, but let’s say you have a strong will power and you start training. Fifteen minutes into your training you realize that you don’t actually have that much energy to keep training. What are the chances for you to push yourself 100% and keep going? Slim to none for most people.
Now, let’s talk about our online interactive cardio kickboxing classes. You are scheduled for every class and two hours before the start of your class, you will get an email reminder to get ready. You join the class. You see your instructor George and other smiling faces. George sees you too. He makes jokes, you laugh. You make mistakes, he corrects you. You see others pushing hard, so do you. You feel like slowing down but you get encouraged and you keep going. That’s how you get results!
Our classes are designed to challenge your body, but also your brain and reflexes. You will not be throwing kicks and punches in the air with no particular order or goal. You will be interacting with George in real time. You will learn defense moves and will have to react to his attacks and throw counter combinations. It will make your brain and reflexes sharp as an edge of the samurai sword! It is a high-pace and a very fun way to train. The goal is to push your body and your mind to the next level. It is like none other!
Full Body Workout
Our classes include a large variety of movements – we use static, resistance, cardio and a high intensity interval training during each class. Every class is different and has a surprise involved. You will never get bored. At the end of the class, you will be standing with a big smile and drenched in sweat.
At the end of each class George answers two questions asked by participants in regards to fitness, nutrition or kickboxing. George has been competing in sports for over 40 years (and still does), and has raised Canadian and world champions. He has a medical background. George has helped thousands of people all over the world lose weight and keep it off. You have questions, he has answers. And they come from his several decades of experience.
