My husband and I do them together, they require nothing but you and a little bit of space. George’s classes have a great flow of activities that though you are working up a sweat the time really does fly by as he keeps the classes moving and us engaged. He really does keep an eye to ensure everyone is doing the exercises correctly to ensure that everyone gets the most out of their workout. It's not just the physical work out in the class but as well the mental workout that makes it successful. The classes area always different in the exercises and “special moves” so it helps to keep the classes from feeling repetitive which can be challenging with online classes. If you want a great workout and a trainer that knows what he is doing, this is the class to take."

I did high level competitive sports for over a decade and I still find myself sweating and sore after this 45 minute zoom kickboxing class! The classes are at very convenient times, not too early and not too late, and the nutrition Q&A at the end of class is very informative. I would recommend this class for anyone who is looking for a short but extremely effective full body workout (including your mind!). I've only been doing the classes for a month and I can already see a difference! I don't even want to go back to the gym anymore since I can get in better shape from my own home with no equipment :)"

"George's online cardio kickboxing classes have been a blessing for my mom and I. She has been taking them in Quebec, while I have been taking them in Vancouver. It has been a great way for us to connect every week from across the country through exercise without ever having to leave our home. Though my mom is 70 and I am turning 50 this year, we have both gotten out of this class the level of intensity that is right for us. George keeps us motivated, but with a sense of humour, so that time flies even as we push ourselves harder than we thought we could. We always finish with a feeling of empowerment that carries us through our day. My mom usually feels so energized and motivated that that she goes outside for a brisk walk afterwards. When I first took the class, I wasn't sure how it would work to learn via Zoom. It worked really well! In the technique part George teaches you the stance along with punches and kicks which you do at first by copying him and his timing and then by responding to visual or verbal cues. Next, he teaches you defensive moves and then he throws surprise punches or kicks that you must react to as you see them. Then he teaches counterstrikes and in the next round you defend and counter - fantastic way to improve your reflexes and get your heart rate up. In between technique sessions he throws in surprise cardio moves like squat jumps, pushups, etc to keep your heart rate high, and then a final abs session at the end - a perfect all around 40 minute workout without any of the travel time needed to get to and from a studio!"
